OFFICIAL NOTICE-PARKING VIOLATION REMINDER:

In accordance with the Association’s rules and regulations, permanent parking is strictly prohibited on the front lawn, side lawn, or on the street in front of any property where it impedes the right of way, appearance of property, diminishes the aesthetics, and negatively impacts property values.

All vehicles must display current registration tags and be maintained in operable condition, including properly inflated tires.

Violations may result in enforcement action, including notices and fines, in accordance with the Association’s governing documents.
