Elderberry POA Community Event Notice – Conduct & Safety Guidelines

For the safety and comfort of all residents and guests attending Elderberry Property Owners Association community events & meetings, all attendees are expected to comply with community conduct standards, including Section 3.08 (Noxious or Offensive Activity), which prohibits disruptive, intimidating, or harassing behavior.

Accordingly, at all HOA-sponsored events:

• Any conduct that is disruptive, intimidating, or interferes with the peaceful enjoyment of the event is prohibited
• All attendees must comply with directions from event organizers and board members
• If any situation arises that affects safety, order, or the ability to conduct the event peacefully, law enforcement may be contacted as appropriate
