🐾 Neighborhood Pet Reminder 🐾
Dear EPOA Residents,
Please remember that all pets must be properly controlled and secured at all times. Pets may not roam freely throughout the community and must be on a leash or safely contained within the owner’s yard/patio area.
Even if a pet is friendly or has never shown aggressive behavior, not all residents are comfortable around animals. A loose pet may cause someone to become frightened, run, scream, or react in a way that could create an unsafe situation for both the person and the animal.
Feeding stray animals is prohibited, and pet owners are responsible for cleaning up and properly disposing of pet waste.
Georgia law also requires dogs to be properly restrained and under control when off the owner’s property.
Violation Fine Structure:
• First occurrence: Warning Letter
• Second and subsequent violations: $20 fine per violation.
Thank you for being responsible pet owners and helping keep our neighborhood safe and welcoming for everyone. 🏡🐾
